Schema
ApertureDB derives its schema from stored objects and their properties. Adding an object does not require a schema declaration; the schema evolves as data is added. GetSchema reports the resulting classes, properties, and types. Writes must still satisfy the database’s property-type rules. A conflicting write can return status: 5; see Responses.
An Entity can have an application class such as Customer. Connections represent relationships between objects, and built-in objects such as images and clips use implicit classes listed in class. For modeling guidance, see the database concepts.
GetSchema returns entity and connection class summaries, with property counts and types. It refreshes the schema by default; refresh: false returns cached information. A ref restricts inspection to objects selected earlier in the same query and always computes their schema.
Each property is an object such as {"count": 123, "type": "String"}. Index definitions are available separately through GetIndexes.
